Creates a new group ID from the given string.

pub fn generate() -> Self

Generates a new random group ID using UUID v4.

Uses v4 (random) instead of v7 (time-based) to ensure uniqueness even when generating multiple IDs in rapid succession.

pub fn as_str(&self) -> &str

Returns the ID as a string slice.
